The Crummy First Draft by Anne Lamott

When I first thought about the title The Crummy First Draft, I thought a little bit of myself. To be honest all first ideas on paper aren't the best. Most first drafts are sloppy, unorganized typically horrendous. Though before one can walk we must crawl.
The essay, well thought out, gave a clear input on how writing is first created. It seemed like an essay that was somewhat like a mirror. Her thesis was lucid to the fact that we all, even a great writer as herself have a "crummy" first draft. Something that we are never to show anyone, yet it helped our writing come alive!
